Delivery

  • We can deliver to anywhere in mainland UK
  • As many of our products are perishable we ask someone to be home to collect the delivery. If no one is able to attend the delivery please leave clear instructions for a safe place for the courier to leave the package. Left products are at the risk of the purchaser. Missing items will not be refunded
  • Deliveries are charged at £5.99 for up to 14kg. For larger orders, delivery quotes can be arranged  
  • We normally deliver Tuesday through Friday but Saturday delivery can be arranged for an extra charge. Deliveries will not operate on bank holidays or the day following a bank holiday
  • You will be asked during checkout to choose a delivery day. Morning deliveries (before 1pm) can be arranged for an extra charge of £3.99. If you order before 12pm, and all the products are in stock, we may be able to accommodate next day delivery
  • We use APC overnight delivery service. Situations may occur on rare occasions where a next day delivery may not be possible.  In the unusual circumstance the delivery arrives a day late, this will not affect the quality of the products. We cannot guarantee the date you choose as we use third parties to complete your order, but you will be notified of any delays. 
  • The delivery charge only covers one address. If you need two separate deliveries then two separate orders must be placed
  • On the rare occasion that a substitution of a product must be made, we will replace the product with an item of equal or higher value and contact you with the substitution prior to delivery

Packaging & Products

  • All our gift boxes are packed in our signature wooden boxes and filled with shredded paper to protect the products inside. Frozen gel packs are used to keep the cheese cool. Please discard the gel pack upon delivery and store the box in a cool area or refrigerator until use
  • Cheese for gift boxes is wrapped in perforated cling film to let the product breath, whilst being visible in the box. Individual cheeses are wrapped in wax paper
  • All precautions are made to protect the items for delivery. Please let us know about any breakages as soon as possible and email pictures of the breakages to online@wildmoor-deli.co.uk                
  • All individual items or any additions to gift boxes, will be packaged in traditional smart cardboard boxes
  • Cutting cheese is an art, not a science. We will strive to get as close to the listed weight as possible but a small discrepancy may occur. Whole cheeses are handmade products so are also approximate in weight

Payments

  • We except Visa Credit Card, Mastercard and Visa Debit / Delta
  • All payments are made though our payment services provider, SagePay . We do not take payment over the phone for your protection. We will never call you or email you asking for your payment details
  • Please make sure all fields are correctly filled out. We require an email address and telephone number to contact you in regards to your purchase
  • You will be required to read our full T&Cs at the time of your purchase
